Choosing a health care provider is one of the most important decisions you can make. You want someone who is caring, knowledgeable, and accessible. Someone willing to take the time to go over all of your options and treat you as a person, not just a patient.
My practice is an IMP or ideal medical practice. What is this? From Family Practice Management. I offer same day/ same week appointments, regardless of the reason for the visit. You will be seen on time and by me, your own physician who knows you, and you will receive the most up to date and evidenced based treatment for any medical problem. Email is my preferred mode of communication, but patients can also reach me by phone or fax.
REGULAR OFFICE HOURS:

Tuesdays: 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Wednesdays: closed, appt may be available for illness only
Thursdays: closed, appt may be available for illness only
Fridays: 8:30AM- 4:00PM
Hours will be expanded in August.
Other appointment times may be available for urgent needs.Usually closed on Wed all day and Thurs afternoon.
If you have a routine issue, leave a message or send an email. Dr. Mohamed will check messages every weekday at approx 9:30 AM.
If you have a need that does not require a visit, or you need refills for chronic medical conditions, try a virtual visit.
(always call if you can't find the appt you need and you are ill).
