Appointments may be made online from 4 months to 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
Online appointments may be canceled online at least 9 hours in advance. This allows enough time for another patient to use that appointment. If an appointment must be canceled or changed with less than 9 hours notice, please call the office and leave a message. You may be charged for the appointment.
There is a $35.00 charge for each no show or late cancellation, which must be paid prior to being seen for your next appointment (except in an emergency).
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to help me keep on schedule. If you are late, there may not be enough time to discuss all of your concerns.

REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: After making your appointment, you must reach a page that states your name, date of appointment, and the word "confirmed" in green. If not, your appointment was not saved! You should also get a confirmation email. If you did not, then either your appointment was not saved OR you did not list your email address correctly. Log in to make sure your appt was saved.
