Online Appointments
NEW Some selected Saturday mornings in Sept, Oct and Nov will be available for vaccines only. One 10 minute appointment should be good for one or two family members for flu shots. Please remember to tell me who is coming. If you have more than two family members needing shots or your child is scared, please book more time.
Appointments may be made online from 4 months to 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
Online appointments may be canceled online at least 9 hours in advance. This allows enough time for another patient to use that appointment. If an appointment must be canceled or changed with less than 9 hours notice, please call the office and leave a message. You may be charged for the appointment.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time to help me keep on schedule. If you are late, there may not be enough time to discuss all of your concerns.
There is a $35.00 charge for each no show, which must be paid prior to being seen for your next appointment (except in an emergency). Patients call in advance if you can not make your appointment. This allows your appointment time to be used for someone else.

REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: After making your appointment, you must reach a page that states your name, date of appointment, and the word "confirmed". If not, your appointment was not saved! You should also get a confirmation email. If you did not, then either your appointment was not saved OR you did not list your correct email address. Log in to make sure your appt was saved.
